All tickets can be picked up at the Graceland Ticket Pavilion on Friday, July 3, starting at 8:30 am. Packages not picked up in advance will be available at ticketing until 4:00.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking; full non-refundable payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Seats for events will be assigned based on the order of package purchase and seat assignments will be given out at package pick-up that weekend. Tickets will be provided for all guests registered in the room.
