There is so much to do and see when you visit Memphis, Graceland and The Guest House at Graceland. We have made it easy for you to find information for planning your visit by answering some frequently asked questions that we receive from guests.

Airport Shuttle to The Guest House at Graceland

How do you get the airport shuttle?
Once you pick up your bags, look for the shuttle telephone in the baggage claim area. There is a directory of hotels so that you can find the corresponding extension for The Guest House at Graceland, or simply dial extension 37.

Once we receive your shuttle request, allow the driver 15-20 minutes to arrive curbside. Look for our blue shuttle with an image of Elvis on the side of the vehicle.

Do you need to make reservations for the airport shuttle?
Advance reservations for the shuttle are not required. However, always let the team at the Guest Services Desk know when you will need to take the shuttle BACK to the airport, especially if it is an early or late flight.

How much does it cost?
The airport shuttle is part of your daily resort fee.

What hours does it run?
The airport shuttle runs from 6:30am – 11:00pm.

Graceland Excursions

The Guest House Pet Policy

Do you accept pets?
We welcome dogs less than 35 pounds at The Guest House in our South Tower rooms, with a one-time pet cleaning fee of $100, per pet.

Should I buy tickets to Graceland in advance?
Save time by purchasing your Graceland tickets online and in advance. We also offer Resort Ticket Packages.
If you select the option to have your tickets emailed to you, be sure to print your tickets or have them available on your smartphone to avoid having to wait in line to have your tickets reprinted. Note: There is a fee of $1.50 per ticket should you need to have your emailed tickets reprinted on site.
If you choose to have your tickets held at Will Call, please go to the Will Call window at the ticket office to claim. You will be required to show a photo ID matching the name on the reservation and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to claim will call tickets or to have emailed tickets reprinted.

How can I purchase tickets for Graceland Tours?

· By calling Graceland Reservations from the US or Canada at 1-800.238.2000. Internationally, call 1-901-332-3322.
· In person at the Graceland entrance

Can I buy when I arrive at The Guest House?
Yes! You can purchase tickets in person at the hotel in the gift shop. You can also purchase tickets at Elvis Presley’s Memphis during regular business hours. Simply go the the entrance at Elvis Presley’s Memphis exhibition center (across the street from the Graceland mansion). You can walk or take the hotel shuttle directly to this area.

Do you offer tours to other Elvis locations?
Graceland Excursions offers tours to Tours to other Elvis locations, including to Elvis’ birthplace in Tupelo. You can find information regarding other Memphis attractions and Elvis tours in the Plan Your Visit section of the Graceland website.

Should we book our Graceland tickets through The Guest House at Graceland?
The hotel is located within steps of Elvis’ Graceland mansion. You can purchase your Graceland tickets at The Guest House gift shop, but there is also the option of saving time and purchasing tickets online or by calling Graceland Reservations from the US or Canada at 1-800.238.2000. Internationally, call 1-901-332-3322.

What is the best pass to buy for Graceland tours?

What are our restaurant options at The Guest House at Graceland?
There are three delicious dining options at The Guest House at Graceland. Each offer a hearty taste of rock n’ roll!

Delta’s Kitchen (Breakfast, Dinner)
Get a delicious à la carte or buffet breakfast featuring contemporary versions of the King’s breakfast favorites. Delta’s Kitchen re-opens for dinner with a more upscale feel.

EP’s Bar & Grill (Lunch, Dinner, Late Night)
Feel the soul of the South with a modern twist. Elvis’ favorite food and beverages meet contemporary interpretations. You’ll feel right at home in this Memphis-inspired setting with lots of Southern flair and plenty of TVs to feed your sports cravings.

Shake Rattle & Go (All morning)
Get the rockin’ and rollin’ started early with a delicious coffee, espresso or one of many baked treats, including our signature sticky buns. Open all day, also featuring freshly made sandwiches, salads and snacks.

Do we need a reservation?
Reservations are not required at any of the restaurants at The Guest House at Graceland. But, for major holidays and larger parties, we might suggest reservations.

Where can I find more information about the menus?
Our menus are always changing, so you can check the menus when you arrive on property.

Pool Schedule

The pool is open seasonally and is closes during cold weather months. The pool is closed September through April.
