More than 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space is taking shape at The Guest House at Graceland, the new 450-room luxury resort under construction in Memphis, just steps away from Elvis Presley’s iconic Graceland Mansion.  In anticipation of the grand opening on October 27, 2016, a special meetings offer was announced today.

Meetings actualized between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2017 can take advantage of room rates starting at $109 mid-week and $129 on weekends, based on availability, plus one complimentary room night for every 40 room nights actualized. In addition, the offer includes:

  • Five complimentary tour passes to the Graceland Mansion for every 50 actualized room nights;
  • 10% discount on catering pricing;
  • 10% discount on audio/visual fees;
  • Complimentary meeting room rental with food and beverage minimum

The Guest House at Graceland is conveniently located just ten minutes from Memphis International Airport and offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel.  The shuttle also operates to and from Beale Street, in downtown Memphis, for worry-free evenings on the town.

The Lawn at The Guest House, is a manicured outdoor space that can be tented and holds approximately 400 people for a reception.  A unique addition to the hotel is the state-of-the-art, 464-seat Guest House Theater, which is available for presentations, keynote addresses, live performances and movies.
