The menu highlights elevated Southern favorites, including Fried Tomatoes à la Meunière, Pork Belly, Fried Rice, Catfish & Grits, Short Ribs, and a classic Cobbler finale. Live music from ARMADA sets the mood, filling the room with the soulful sounds of Memphis. The evening also features a special appearance by Master Distiller Big Nick Calo, whose Peanut Butter Banana Moonshine – created in honor of his wife’s love for Elvis and their Graceland.
