Spend Valentine’s Day immersed in Southern flavor, live music, and handcrafted spirits at Sweet Spirits & Southern Nightsa one-of-a-kind dining experience in the TCB Showroom.

Guests will enjoy an exclusive six-course Valentine’s dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with a 0.5 oz tasting from South Mountain Distilling Company. The menu highlights elevated Southern favorites, including Fried Tomatoes à la Meunière, Pork Belly, Fried Rice, Catfish & Grits, Short Ribs, and a classic Cobbler finale.

Live music from ARMADA sets the mood, filling the room with the soulful sounds of Memphis. The evening also features a special appearance by Master Distiller Big Nick Calo, whose Peanut Butter Banana Moonshine – created in honor of his wife’s love for Elvis and their Graceland wedding – adds a heartfelt tribute to romance and the king’s favorite flavors.
